We had a residential electrical issue that was over a weekend and considered an urgent level service. Santos Electric was very responsive, Came the next morning, diagnosed the issue, proposed services needed to restore power, and contacted National Grid to get the repair started. We were back to 100% power by the afternoon. Excellent service! Highly recommend Santos Electric!

Tim and his team are absolute professionals. I had a problem in my house where one of the underground cables was dead. In a matter of one day they performed the work which required more than initially thought as cables were buried without a conduit. Excavation was required and everything went smooth from their part. National Grid made lives difficult, but Tim and his team showed great patience and were able to solve it for me which i greatly appreciated. At the end of the day my power was fixed.

I highly recommend Tim and his team of electricians at Timothy Santos Electric. The quoting and contract process was professional and the price was very competitive. I contracted for a new electrical panel with surge protection and interlock for a portable generator, plus run wiring for a portable generator. The team then physically ensured all connections were correct for my whole house. Thank you Tim for the excellent job performed!

Excellent service!
I was stuck with a broken AC and a circuit breaker that kept blowing. I called Timothy, and he was at my house within just a couple of hours. He figured out the issue right away, replaced the faulty parts, and had the AC back up and running quickly. On top of being fast and efficient, he was very polite and professional. Highly recommended! Will Hire again, so glad I found him.

Tim and his team did all the electrical work during the rebuilding of our home after a fire. He and his teram were very straightforward and timely. They showed up when scheduled and were reasonable on the charges. What more can you ask for!

I needed an electrician and browsed for one in Tewksbury and Timothy Santos was listed. Reviews were excellent so I thought I'd give them a try. Well, they met expectations!
Pete and Ryan installed 2 ceiling lights/fans for me and the job was done perfectly. I was ready for a big bill and was pleasantly surprised - a very very fair price.
I strongly recommend them. Next time I need an electrician I'll know who to call.
Thanks guys :-)
